We realize you picked a certain wine, cheese or flavor of jam for a reason... and we will do our best to get your items delivered in time without unnecessary delays.

SHIPPING ALCOHOL-Must be 21 or over to receive/send.
A $5.95 surcharge will be added to your order for UPS delivery confirmation if it contains alcohol. You must be over 21 to order any gifts containing alcohol. Recipient must be over 21 to sign for and receive any gift order shipment containing alcohol.
 Oregon Maiden Gift Baskets ships alcohol to the following states. Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Alcohol cannot be shipped via the United States Postal Service - Priority Mail. International alcohol shipping are subjected to the rules and regulation of each country and the carrier.
