Shipping Alcohol
We cannot deliver alcohol to the following states: GA, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, OK, UT, or VA.

Persons calling to place an order for alcoholic beverages or ordering alcoholic beverages online must read, understand, and fully agree with the following statement:

Oregon Maiden Gift Baskets ., makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of Oregon. The buyer (hereafter referred to as You) is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order with Oregon Maiden Gift Baskets , You authorize Oregon Maiden Gift Baskets to act on Your behalf to engage a common carrier as a delivery service for Your order. This order is not being placed for, on behalf of, or at the request of, anyone who is employed by the State in which this order will be delivered. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO OREGON MAIDEN GIFT BASKETS THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THAT THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When the alcoholic beverages associated with this order are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

It may be beneficial to You to have the order shipped to an office to insure that someone at least 21 years old is available to sign for the order at the time of delivery.

Shipping and Weather
  Oregon Maiden Gift Baskets is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by extreme weather conditions or acts of nature.

Extreme weather conditions can affect beverages/foods. High temperatures and freezing may cause beverages to leak/spoil. Oregon Maiden Gift Baskets is not responsible for products that are damaged by extreme weather conditions. By placing an online order you agree to take full responsibility for that shipment through whatever weather conditions may occur during that shipment.

Shipping Addresses
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, or military addresses.

Please - Double and Triple check the shipping Address, Apt #, Suite #, Zip Code and ALL Spelling. Any errors will result in delays and may result in an additional $10 charge.
